Job summary

Krolens Consultores is seeking an Accounting Analyst for its Shared Service Center (SSC Finance Americas). The role ensures records comply with GAAP, delivers timely financial information, and supports SLA compliance.

Responsibilities include inventory counting, cost reconciliation, GL reconciliation, month-end close, and updating process docs. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, 1–2 years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and fluent English. Visa for USA training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Visa required for USA training (initial 2 months).
• Proficient with Excel; comfortable with large datasets, pivot tables, array formulas.

Responsibilities

A leading multinational company is looking to add an Accounting Analyst to its Shared Service Center (SSC Finance Americas). This role ensures accounting records comply with generally accepted accounting principles, delivers accurate, reliable, and timely financial information, and supports compliance with the team's defined SLAs.

• Inventory count and tracking
• Cost matching / expense account reconciliation
• NDE account review and joint venture review
• General ledger account reconciliation
• Executing month-end close activities per schedule
• Updating process documentation
• Ensuring SLA compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting functions
• VISA (an initial 2 month training will be held in the USA)
• Intermediate Excel: comfortable with large data sets, pivot tables, array formulas, and concatenated formulas
• Strong critical math skills and proven calculation ability
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Very good English level
