Flowserve Corporation is seeking an Accountant to analyze financial information and prepare reports that track assets, liabilities, and profits within the organization. You will participate in month-end closes under US-GAAP and collaborate with a team to ensure accurate financial records.

Requirements include a BS/BA in accounting or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience, excellent English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• US-GAAP experience and strong accounting fundamentals are required.
• BS/BA in accounting or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented abilities.
• Ability to adapt to process changes and work with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in accounting and month-end close processes under US-GAAP.
• Perform team-based accounting activities.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and assist General Accounting colleagues.
• Conduct month-end close, GL analysis, BS reconciliations, and SOX controls.
• Maintain contact with vendors and customers on fixed asset issues.
• Help resolve issues impacting timely month-end close.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.
