We're seeking multiple Account Managers to be based in Mexico. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment alongside passionate colleagues determined to do the best work of their career!

What You’ll Do

  1. Reach out proactively to customers who have discontinued their use of Solera Products within the winback time frame.
  2. Engage these customers effectively and persuade them to reinstate their services, contributing to customer retention and identifying upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
  3. Identify and act on opportunities to sell additional Solera products, services, and add-on licenses for existing products.
  4. Achieve monthly sales targets.
  5. Process winbacks and contract amendments, working closely with Customer Success, Billing, Operations, Support, and product departments.
  6. Re-establish business relationships within key accounts with leaders, owners, and influencers.
  7. Meet daily metrics, SLAs, and outbound activity requirements.
