Job summary

Citigroup is seeking an Divested Employees Admin Analyst to support governance and monitoring of Banamex user access to Citi global applications during the Transition Service Agreement period. The role extracts data from official sources to prepare reports and metrics, and collaborates with IAM, Information Security, and Application Managers across global and local teams.

The analyst designs dashboards, manages alerts for unauthorized access, maintains documentation per TSA Mexico guidelines,

Qualifications

3 to 5+ years of experience in operations support, administration, or project coordination in banking/financial services.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
Experience using collaboration and tracking tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, MS Project, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Generate and distribute periodic reports on user entitlements and TSA scope.
Process daily alert reports; update records for hires, terminations, and reactivations.
Coordinate with Cybersecurity and TSA teams; obtain approvals for access removals.
Develop and enhance dashboards to monitor user removals and alert handling.
Maintain central repository of supporting documentation in compliance with standards.
Support audit requests and CAP closures with accurate evidence.
