PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Manager to lead SAP Basis consulting across client projects, ensuring successful delivery, budgeting, and client satisfaction.

You will mentor teams, drive SAP optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, while expanding your leadership and technical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience.

As an Acceleration Center - AES - SAP Basis - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of SAP applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your versatile knowledge to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm’s code of conduct

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Consulting and SAP ERP
