About the Role

This role is central to ensuring the company operates ethically and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to our business, with a proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB or JD) from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in compliance, corporate law, or regulatory affairs, with a strong focus on compliance frameworks.
• Admitted to practice law in Mexico.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant national and international regulations (e.g., anti-corruption, data privacy, financial regulations if applicable).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a Hybrid setting, balancing remote and in-office duties in Monterrey, Nuevo León .
