ALTEN Mexico is seeking a Project Planning Specialist JR to support planning and coordination of automotive engineering projects in Toluca. You will collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure timelines, resources, and deliverables are met, leveraging strong organizational and communication skills.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business, 0–2 years of relevant experience, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Formación

• 0 to 2 years automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 in any of the following areas: Product development engineering, program management, finance, accounting or quality
• Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced skills required in manipulating, interpreting, comparing, and overall analysis of large data sets/financials
• Stellantis PDP understanding is a plus
• Launch Experience a plus
• Manufacturing process fundamentals understanding (parts priority)
• Management of scheduling timelines
• Be in charge of build coordination & support
• VISA preferable
• Toluca

As a Project Planning Specialist JR at ALTEN Mexico, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and coordination of projects. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables are met. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business.

• 0 to 2 years automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 in any of the following areas: Product development engineering, program management, finance, accounting or quality
• Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills required in manipulating, interpreting, comparing, and overall analysis of large data sets/financials

• Full Program Life-cycle Experience
• Stellantis PDP understanding is a plus
