Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division in Ciudad Juárez, MX, is seeking an Operations Manager - 2nd Shift to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This role provides leadership to production teams, drives continuous improvement, coordinates cross-functional support, and aligns goals with customer expectations.

The position calls for extensive experience in manufacturing, a strong bias for Lean/CI, and the ability to manage KPIs,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and cost-control experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Plan, organize and direct production activities to achieve customer requirements.
• Develop and implement standard operating plans and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement using 5S, Kaizen, and visual management.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, Supply Chain, HR and Finance.
• Lead and develop production teams to strengthen accountability.
