Reality Games is seeking a talented 2D Generalist to join our creative team as a 2D Graphic Designer. You will craft promotional graphics for mobile games and adapt visuals for App Store and Google Play, collaborating with marketing to ensure consistency and impact.

You'll design across styles, manage multiple assets, and integrate localized texts. The role offers full-time work in Krakow with an autonomous, collaborative environment and opportunities to explore AI-assisted design tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and 2D graphic design.
• Portfolio with commercial projects is a big plus.
• Able to follow brand guidelines and app store requirements.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume projects.
• Creative attitude and ability to make visuals pop.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a bonus.

Do you love turning ideas into eye-catching visuals? We’re looking for a Creative 2D Graphic Designer to help us bring our mobile games to life on the App Store and Google Play. If you enjoy working on dynamic projects, creating stunning graphics in multiple styles and languages, and collaborating with a passionate team, this role is for you!

Join us full-time at our stunning office located in the heart of Krakow. Situated in a historic building just steps away from the vibrant city center, our workspace blends timeless charm with modern amenities, providing an inspiring setting for your personal and professional growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Design engaging promotional graphics for mobile games on App Store & Google Play.
• Create multiple design variations tailored for different markets (starting with 7, and more to come!).
• Integrate localized texts and translations into your designs.
• Experiment with AI-powered tools to craft backgrounds and supporting elements.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing team to keep visuals consistent, polished, and impactful.
• Ensure every asset is sharp, aesthetic, and 100% platform-ready.
