The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, possess numerical skills, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. This full-time position is based in Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico.

Formación

As an auxiliary general in our 14 GENERALES E INTENDENCIA 0831 department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cash registers and merchandise management. Your primary responsibilities will include managing cash transactions, assisting customers with purchases, and maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions with precision and accuracy, ensuring proper change and receipts are provided to customers.
• Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently, processing sales and returns promptly.
• Assist customers with their purchases, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of merchandise.
• Process and manage merchandise returns, ensuring proper documentation and refund procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Stay updated with company policies and procedures, especially regarding cash handling and security.
• Assist in training new staff members on cash register operations and customer service best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
