Our ideal candidate:
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree. 🎓
  • Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers. 💼
  • Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency. 📆✉️
  • Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred). 🏅
  • Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written. 🗣️✍️
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills. 🏅
  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. 🔒
  • Permanently resides in Latin America. 🌍
