ALTEN Mexico seeks a capable project manager to supervise digital transformation initiatives for renowned automotive brands. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive agile practices, and ensure timely delivery of complex programs. The role leverages Waterfall/Agile methods and benefits from options like work from home.

Ideal candidates will have PMP exposure, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset to thrive in a multinational engineering environment.

Formación

• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with Waterfall projects.
• Familiar with Design Thinking, XP and Kanban.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• English speaking is a plus and beneficial in multinational collaboration.

Responsabilidades
