We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a hotel management role, or a related field. We are also willing to consider a foreign candidate with no experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality management or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel management or related field (but we are willing to consider candidates without experience)
- Ability to manage and motivate staff effectively
- Good understanding of the local hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Flexible approach to work and ability to work under pressure
