Overview

Hotel Manager position in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The successful candidate will manage all areas of the hotel's operation, including service delivery, financial performance and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to hotel staff, and manage all operational areas including housekeeping, front desk services, food & beverage operations, security & safety protocols, and budget management & forecasting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests as well as other stakeholders such as suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
