A leading logistics company in Kuwait is seeking an Operations Executive for Offshore Projects. The role includes overseeing port operations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth crew changes. Candidates should have at least 2 years of shipping and logistics experience, a valid Kuwait Article 18 visa, and proficiency in both English and Arabic. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team in a vital sector.
Qualifications
- Valid Kuwait Article 18 visa required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in shipping and logistics.
- Knowledge of port operations and crew changing process required.
Responsabilités
- Handle day-to-day port and crew change operations.
- Co-ordinate with principals and local port authorities.
- Timely arrange visas and accommodation for crew members.
- Enter data into accounting software and prepare invoices.
- Adhere to company policies.

We are currently looking to hire an Operations Executive to join our Offshore Projects team.
- Handle day-to-day port and crew change operations
- Co‑ordinate with principals, client representatives on site and local port authorities
- Timely arrange visas and accommodation for crew members
- Enter data into accounting software and prepare invoices
- Adhere to company policies (HSSE, compliance, etc.)
- Valid Kuwait Article 18 visa
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in shipping and logistics
- Knowledge of port operations and crew changing process
- BA Degree (preferable)
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Valid Kuwait light driving license (preferable)
