We are currently looking to hire an Operations Executive to join our Offshore Projects team.

Job Description

• Handle day-to-day port and crew change operations
• Co‑ordinate with principals, client representatives on site and local port authorities
• Timely arrange visas and accommodation for crew members
• Enter data into accounting software and prepare invoices
• Adhere to company policies (HSSE, compliance, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Valid Kuwait Article 18 visa
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in shipping and logistics
• Knowledge of port operations and crew changing process
• BA Degree (preferable)
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Valid Kuwait light driving license (preferable)
