Now Hiring: Timekeeper – HR Department (Payroll Division)

Location: Al Rai - Shuwaikh Industrial

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 300 – 350 KD (Based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily employee attendance using the MenaTech system

Process and validate sick leaves, official leaves, and other absence types

Follow up with departments on missing punches or irregular attendance

Maintain accurate records of leave balances and employee time logs

Generate periodic reports on attendance, tardiness, and absenteeism

Support payroll team with verified time data for monthly payroll processing

Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and Kuwaiti labor laws

Assist during internal and external audits related to attendance records

Requirements

HR or Business Admin diploma is a plus)

Prior experience in timekeeping or HR support role

Must be experienced in using MenaTech time & attendance system

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and follow-up skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting

Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
