Job summary

ABDULAZIZ AL-ALI AL-MUTAWA GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a Warranty Specialist in Kuwait City to manage warranty documentation, parts tagging and audits. You will ensure accurate time logging, proper write-ups, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines for all warranty claims.

The role requires 3–4 years in automotive, strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering excellent customer handling. On-site position in Kuwait.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in mechanical engineering or related automotive field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar automotive role.
• Knowledge of auto electrical and auto-mechanical parts and claim processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
• Strong customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warranty job card details are recorded for processing the claim (technician time and complete write-up).
• Ensure warranty parts are properly tagged, stored, and available for warranty audits by manufacturer.
• Supervise and check all warranty parts are scrapped per manufacturer guidelines.
• Prepare warranty submitted report for Technical Manager approval.
• Report any abnormalities to the Technical Manager.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Technical Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that the warranty job card has all the correct details recorded for processing the claim such as Technicians time recorded on card along with a complete right-up
• Ensure that warranty parts are properly tagged kept in safe storage and available for warranty audit by manufacture
• Supervise and check all warranty parts are scrapped in line with manufacture guidelines
• Complete warranty submitted report for Technical Manger approval
• Report any abnormalities to the Technical Manager
• Perform other ad-hoc duties given by the Technical Manager

Education

Bachelor s Degree or College Diploma Mechanical Engineering or anything related to Automobile Mechanic

Experience

Minimum 3-4 years of experience within Similar role in Automotive sector
