Job summary

Alghanim Industries - Food and Beverage is seeking a Warehouse Operator to handle inbound and outbound activities for multiple business units in Kuwait. You will perform receiving, put-away, picking, staging, loading, and daily housekeeping while ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role requires forklift experience, SAP knowledge, and good English communication. Flexibility for shifts and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse duties and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to operate basic computer systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receiving / Put-away / Feeding / Replenishment as directed.
• Picking orders from priority lists per management standards.
• Place orders into staging areas and report discrepancies to Team Leader.
• Load vehicles in the required sequence.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Report damaged/exceptional products to Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Assist in accurate goods receipt processes.
• Assist in stock counting.
• Assist in value-added activities (re-packing/ labeling).
• Unstuffing and delivering goods as required.
• Take on other warehouse tasks as needed by management.
• Support the Supervisor in achieving daily targets.

Job Summary

Responsible to do warehouse activities for both Inbound and Outbound activities for all Businesses assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving / Put-away / Feeding / Replenishment etc.
• Picking orders from the picking list as per the priority and standard set by management
• Placing orders into the appropriate Staging area and advising Team Leader of any discrepancies
• Loading vehicles in the appropriate order
• Maintain highest standards of housekeeping
• Ensure damaged/exceptional products are reported to Supervisor/ Team Leader
• Ensure/Assist in the process of receiving goods accurately
• Provide assistance in stock counting
• Provide assistance in value added activities (Re-packing / Labeling etc.)
• De-stuffing & Deliveries
• When required, will assume / do other warehouse role / activities as per Management / Superior's requirement
• Support the Superior in achieving daily task targets set by Management

Candidate Requirements

• Able to meet Performance Standards
• Forklift driving ( Advantage)
• Health & Safety Knowledge & Adherence (including compactor operation)
• Basic Computers Skills (RF)
• Good Communication skills – able to read and write in English
• SAP Knowledge required
• Flexible/Enthusiastic - no issues on shifting timing
