Job summary

Keemart is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, drive productivity, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead teams, coordinate with procurement, logistics, and commercial functions, and focus on inventory accuracy, safety, and process optimization. A strong background in WMS and Excel is preferred, with English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum relevant experience preferred in warehouse operations and leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, and dispatch.
• Lead and develop warehouse teams to meet productivity, service, and safety targets.
• Plan workforce requirements and optimize staffing levels based on volume.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Monitor inbound/outbound processes to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Optimize layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Track KPIs like productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across supply chain.
