Job summary

Keemart Kuwait is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily service station operations, including goods receiving, dispatch, and warehouse management. The role requires coordinating across departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintaining strict inventory control.

You will lead a team, set work plans and performance expectations, monitor stock levels, and implement measures to reduce losses while ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a logistics-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics operations with team supervision or management experience.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, warehouse operations, inventory control, and goods receiving and dispatch procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.

• Identify, investigate and resolve logistics and fulfillment issues to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, inventory standards and regulations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Retail Operations, or related field

• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by coordinating with relevant departments and optimizing logistics processes.


• Lead, supervise, and guide team members, establishing clear work plans, operational procedures, and performance expectations.


• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and implement measures to minimize inventory losses and operational discrepancies.


• Monitor operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service quality.


• Identify, investigate, and resolve logistics and fulfillment issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted supply chain operations.


• Ensure compliance with established operational procedures, inventory management standards, and relevant regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Retail Operations, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, or retail operations, preferably with team supervision or management experience.


• Strong understanding of logistics processes, warehouse operations, inventory control, and goods receiving and dispatch procedures.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments and manage team members.


• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing operational requirements, and maintain a proactive and positive approach.


• Sufficient English proficiency to communicate effectively in a professional working environment.
