Job summary

Keemart in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, drive inventory accuracy, and ensure timely order fulfillment in a fast‑paced e‑commerce and retail environment.

You will lead and develop warehouse teams, optimize layout and processes, monitor KPIs, collaborate with logistics and procurement, and uphold health and safety standards while leveraging a modern WMS and Excel tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations with 2+ years in leadership.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, grocery, FMCG, or 3PL preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and KPIs.
  • Proficient with WMS and Excel; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Lead, develop, and coach warehouse teams to hit productivity and safety targets.
  • Plan workforce requirements and optimize staffing based on volume.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
  • Monitor inbound/outbound to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and service quality.
  • Optimize layout and space utilization for efficiency.
  • Track KPIs and analyze performance trends.
  • Collaborate with transportation, procurement, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and company policies.
  • Manage WMS and other operational tools; prepare regular reports.
  • Train and evaluate staff; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve operational risks and exceptions.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate and timely order fulfillment, operational excellence, and effective team performance. The role will be responsible for driving warehouse productivity, optimizing processes and space utilization, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

The ideal candidate has strong warehouse leadership experience and a proven track record in managing high-volume operations within e-commerce, retail, grocery, FMCG, or third-party logistics (3PL) environments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end warehouse operation, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Lead, manage, and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational, productivity, service quality, and safety targets.
  • Plan workforce requirements, allocate resources effectively, and optimize staffing levels based on operational volume and business needs.
  • Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through effective stock control procedures, cycle counts, reconciliation, and regular inventory audits.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement warehouse processes, procedures, and performance standards to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and space utilization to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor warehouse costs and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce operational expenses.
  • Track and analyze key warehouse KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, turnaround time, utilization, and error rates.
  • Coordinate closely with transportation, procurement, operations, commercial, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, quality, and company policies and procedures.
  • Manage warehouse systems and technology, ensuring effective utilization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other operational tools.
  • Prepare regular operational reports, analyze performance trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions where required.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Identify operational risks and proactively resolve warehouse-related issues and exceptions.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
  • Experience managing high-volume warehouse operations within e-commerce, retail, grocery, FMCG, or third-party logistics (3PL) environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes.
  • Proven experience managing warehouse teams and achieving operational and productivity targets.
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs, productivity measurement, inventory accuracy, and process optimization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
  • Strong English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
