Alghanim Industries - Food and Beverage is seeking a Service Advisor to provide professional service to customers, record and organize repairs and maintenance, and help drive customer satisfaction and retention.

The role requires a university degree or diploma in automobile engineering, 5 years automotive service experience, and strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected. This is a full-time on-site position based in Kuwait.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or diploma in automobile engineering.
• 5 years of relevant automotive service experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Receive and greet customers, understand vehicle concerns, advise service needs, and use menu pricing for routine jobs.
• Prepare Repair Orders and assign jobs to technicians using Kerridge workshop loading module.
• Document symptoms clearly for technicians; update customer records in Kerridge CRM.
• Maintain regular customer contact about progress; inform when the vehicle is ready and explain completed work.
• Escalate anyCome Back jobs to Service Manager and ensure repair orders are signed before delivery.
• Build healthy customer relationships and follow up to secure future service needs.
