Job summary

Kuwait Jobs is seeking an urgent HVAC Supervisor in Kuwait City to oversee installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems. You will manage a team of technicians, ensure compliance with safety and industry standards, and coordinate projects for timely completion while maintaining quality and client communication on status.

The role requires a degree/diploma in mechanical engineering (HVAC), 5+ years of HVAC experience with supervisory experience, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC specialization.
Minimum 5+ years of HVAC experience including supervisory roles.
Transferable residency (Iqama) required; age 25–35.

Responsibilities

Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
Manage a team of technicians and ensure safety and industry standards.
Coordinate projects to ensure timely, efficient completion and communicate status to clients.
