Job summary

Kuwait Jobs is seeking an HVAC Engineer to supervise and manage HVAC installation and maintenance across Kuwait projects. You will prepare drawings, BOQs, and submittals, perform load calculations, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.

The role requires strong communication and Kuwait driving license. Residency in Kuwait is preferred with transferrable visa; candidates must ensure projects meet specifications and deliverables on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Mechanical Engineering and HVAC qualification.
• Relevant experience in HVAC projects and maintenance in Kuwait.
• Good knowledge of DX systems, FCUs, AHUs, package units, chillers, ventilation and exhaust systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Kuwait driving license is Mandatory.
• Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred with #18 transferrable visa.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage HVAC installation, maintenance, and project works.
• Prepare and review HVAC drawings, BOQs, quotations, and technical submittals.
• Perform HVAC load calculations and equipment selection.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per specifications.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare service reports, project documentation, and progress reports.
• Coordinate technicians and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
