As a Training Executive, you’re not just delivering exceptional training programmes – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Execute the in‑house training plan: coordinate and deliver engaging, high‑quality training programmes that align with hotel priorities.
• Identify and support training needs: partner with line managers, department heads, HR, and the Training Manager to assess development needs, implement learning initiatives, and review progress monthly.
• Administer required training courses: coordinate legal, compliance, and vocational qualification programmes to ensure employees meet required standards and progress in their professional development.
• Engage and connect trainers across the hotel: lead monthly meetings with departmental trainers to share progress, review needs, and ensure training is consistently delivered.
• Inspire and develop the team: support team members within own and other teams, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive training environment.
