You will oversee strategy, service quality, team performance, and continuous improvement, shaping support processes and collaborating with engineering and product teams to resolve recurring issues while driving career growth in a technology-focused environment. The role is on-site in Kuwait City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in technical support or IT service management.
