Job summary

Unknown Company in Kuwait is seeking a dynamic sales professional to identify and pursue opportunities in building and construction. You will generate leads, build relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors, and support specifications and proposals.

The role requires presenting products, following up on opportunities, forecasting sales, and maintaining a healthy pipeline to convert inquiries into orders while achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in technical/project sales within Kuwait.
• Experience in construction industry, preferably in building materials.
• Proven track record in project and B2B sales.
• Knowledge of drywall systems or related construction products is a strong advantage.
• Experience with BOQs, project specifications, and tender documents.
• Existing consultant and contractor network in Kuwait.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate new business opportunities, manage project pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable visa.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the building and construction sector in Kuwait.
• Generate leads and build relationships with architects, designers, developers and contractors.
• Conduct product presentations and support the specification process and technical proposals.
• Follow up on project opportunities and forecast project sales.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and ensure conversion of inquiries into sales while meeting targets.
