Role Description

The Team Leader - Human Resources Operations will oversee and manage HR operational activities, ensuring the delivery of seamless employee services and efficient processes. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, spearheading people management strategies, resolving employee concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to organizational policies to enhance workforce engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuwait.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Operations Management to manage and improve HR workflows and processes.
• Demonstrated skills in People Management and fostering leadership, team coordination, and staff development.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, address employee needs, and maintain effective communication channels within the organization.
• Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and service efficiencies to address employee concerns and provide impactful solutions.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate HR metrics, policies, and operational efficiency for decision-making and strategic planning.
• A background in human resources, business management, or a relevant field with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of labor regulations in Kuwait, alongside proficiency in HR software and tools, is an advantage.
