Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop and maintain talent pipelines, support workforce planning, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. In addition, this role will collaborate with leadership to strengthen employer branding, optimize recruitment strategies, and ensure that hiring practices align with company values and local regulations. The position requires close partnership with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs and deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing, ensuring fair, structured, and competency-based evaluations.
• Knowledge of Employer Branding practices to attract and retain diverse, high-caliber talent.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and online job platforms.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and local labor regulations in Kuwait or the GCC region.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist in construction, design, or retail sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
