Job summary

Automak Automotive Co. K.S.C.C in Kuwait City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume recruitment campaigns, source candidates through portals, agencies, referrals and social media, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill roles on time.

You will screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, build talent pipelines for blue-collar and technical roles, manage candidate communications, and ensure documentation and onboarding processes align with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong exposure to bulk/high-volume recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for blue-collar, technical, or operational roles is preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, and social media.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment updates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate overseas recruitment activities with agencies and ensure required documentation is complete.
• Prepare job advertisements and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
• Track recruitment KPIs and prepare recruitment reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
• Support onboarding activities and maintain accurate recruitment records.
