Job summary

Guru Kuwait is seeking an experienced Talabat delivery operations supervisor in Kuwait to oversee driver teams (car and motorcycle), monitor KPIs, and ensure smooth order performance and high productivity.

You will manage attendance, shifts, and workforce allocation, and prepare daily reports to drive continuous improvement in delivery operations.

We need an experienced Talabat delivery operations supervisor with proven hands‑on experience managing Talabat delivery operations, including driver management, KPIs, acceptance rate, UTR, cancellations, rejections and performance improvement.

Requirements
