Job summary

Al Tayer Group's Insignia division is seeking a skilled Tailor/Alterations specialist to advise customers on alteration options and deliver high‑quality tailoring services. You will ensure timely delivery, maintain premium service standards, and work closely with the team to uphold luxury brand experience.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Tailoring with 2–3 years of retail tailoring experience, and a strong, collaborative mindset for fast-paced luxury environments.

Qualifications

Customer Consultation & Service

Advise customers on available alteration and tailoring options to suit their requirements, preferences, and tastes, enabling informed purchasing decisions.

Deliver personalized customer service by understanding customer needs and providing expert tailoring advice.

Tailoring & Alterations

Perform garment alterations and repairs accurately in line with customer specifications.

Ensure all items are completed to a high standard of quality and delivered within agreed timelines.

Maintain consistency in workmanship to support a positive and premium shopping experience.

Operational Excellence

Handle garments with care to maintain brand and quality standards.

Experience
