Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1800 USD/month

We are looking to hire a Supervisor with extensive experience in the field for a new opening in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be highly motivated and have strong communication skills. The candidate must also possess the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and be able to take initiative.

The primary responsibilities of the position include supervising staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, and enforcing safety regulations. The Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring employee performance, providing feedback and assistance when needed, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in a similar role. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, as well as fluency in English (or Arabic if applicable).
