Want More in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. You will source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations to the hiring team. This is a full‑time position with a salary of 1,300 KWD and we welcome applicants from abroad.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recruiting experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. Recruitment software knowledge is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting or related HR experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Develop recruitment strategies to source and recruit qualified candidates.
• Create and post job postings on relevant websites.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain records of recruitment activities.
• Build relationships with universities and agencies to pool candidates.
• Conduct reference checks on potential hires.
• Assist with job offers and onboarding; support other HR projects.
