Job summary

Alghanim Industries - Food and Beverage in Kuwait is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Finance Director by directing the financial control function, blending leadership with hands-on output to prepare budgets, forecast financials, and define KPIs for performance and growth.

You will partner with business leaders, monitor performance, lead budgeting, and help implement new systems, while mentoring analysts and coordinating cross-functional activities across the multinational group.

Qualifications

• Qualified with CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent.
• 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in finance, including at least 1 year as a Finance Manager in a multinational.
• Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts and analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading a team and developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support financial performance.
• Monitor and interpret financial performance; provide analysis and guidance to General Managers/Directors.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with key stakeholders.
• Ensure strategic and business plans and quarterly reviews are prepared for corporate review.
• Address major strategic issues through budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide timely information on key success factors to management.
• Review systems and implement enhancements.
• Carry out revenue and cost-saving analysis (pricing, profitability) with Director validation.
• Review capex models and manage approvals process.
• Manage relationships with GM, GGM and provide ad-hoc analysis.
• Participate in evaluating new business opportunities and expansion with initial models.
• Direct and coordinate all activities of financial control
• Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts.
