Job summary

The Arab Lens is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and support strategic business planning. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and planning to guide operational and strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of finance experience, CPA/ACCA/CMA/CA preferred, strong leadership and ERP/Excel skills, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus). This is a senior-level position based in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA is preferred.
8+ years of progressive finance experience, including management responsibility.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
Experience leading finance teams.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead the finance department and oversee daily financial operations.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Manage internal and external audit activities.
Develop financial controls and risk management processes.
Provide commercial analysis to support business decisions.
Supervise finance team performance and development.Present financial performance reports to senior management.
Support strategic planning and investment evaluations.
