Alghanim Industries in Kuwait seeks a Finance Manager to lead the finance analysis function for a specific business. You will direct, supervise and coordinate analysts, combining leadership with hands-on analysis to drive performance.

The role supports budgets, forecasting, KPIs, and growth initiatives, partnering with General Managers and Directors. You will implement systems improvements and mentor a team to deliver timely, accurate insights.

Formación

• Post-qualification experience 4–8 years in finance.
• Experience as Finance Manager in multinational environment.
• Strong accounting concepts and analytical capability.
• Excellent communication with VP level stakeholders.
• Exposure to ERP and business intelligence systems.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders supporting financial performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting across functions.
• Review strategic and annual plans for corporate management review.
• Provide timely analyses and insights to General Managers/Directors.
• Develop and coach a team of analysts.
• Coordinate activities of the financial control function.
