Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in staff accommodation, HR administration, hotel operations or supervisory role.
• Good administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of timekeeping, attendance and payroll processes.
• Proficient with MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of colleagues accommodation, ensuring rooms and common areas are clean, safe and maintained to hotel standards.
• Manage room allocations, check-ins/outs and occupancy records accurately.
• Coordinate maintenance, cleanliness, safety and repairs with Engineering, Housekeeping, Security and other departments.
• Maintain accommodation inventories and issue/replace items as needed.
• Support HR with filing and maintenance of colleague records and confidentiality.
• Assist with timekeeping and attendance, addressing discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Support monthly payroll preparation by checking attendance, overtime and deductions.
• Assist with routine HR administration and colleague engagement activities.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive living environment and handle accommodation/colleague concerns.
