Job summary

Hyatt Regency Morristown at Headquarters Plaza in Morristown, NJ, seeks an experienced Spa Therapist to deliver high-quality body treatments and maintain exceptional guest experiences. You will manage appointments, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate with spa teams to support hotel guests and members.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of spa therapy experience in a hotel setting, excellent customer relations, and a professional license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as SPA Therapist within the hotel industry.

Responsibilities

• Massage clients maintaining their comfort at all times and performing all body treatments as certified.
• Be on time for appointments and review appointments after completing each massage.
• Maintain a clean and neat work area and prepare supplies as required.
• Interact courteously with members and guests and answer facility related questions.
• Assist in coordinating body tech services with other Spa programmes and promote Spa services to hotel guests.
• Maintain current professional licenses and report dysfunctional equipment to Spa Manager.
• Work with the body techniques team leader on plans for projects and ensure understanding of Spa operations.
