Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Kuwait City is seeking an Assistant Manager - Outside Catering Service to lead and motivate the event service team for a large conference and convention hotel in Kuwait. You will manage all event types in and outside the hotel, applying strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations aligned with brand standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership with excellent people management, communications, and detail orientation to deliver

As an Assistant Manager - Outside Catering Service, you will enjoy to assist in leading, motivating and driving the event service team function of the largest conference and convention hotel in Kuwait.

The flexible event space covers over 6000 sqm and you will be responsible to manage all event types in and outside the hotel.

This role requires hands on leadership with strong people management, communications and organizational skills to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the event service team, while ensuring that the department aligns perfectly with the hotel operational strategies and brand standards.
