Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Kuwait City is seeking a spa locker room attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with appointments, and maintain locker room hygiene. You will ensure a spotless, well-stocked space and uphold high service standards in a luxury hotel environment.

Requirements include 1-2 years in a similar role at a five-star property, strong English skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or resort.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and properly oriented to the locker room and spa facilities.
• Assist guests with their appointments and respond promptly and professionally to all interactions, ensuring maximum comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked locker room at all times, replenishing amenities as needed.
• Collect and remove used towels, robes, and other items left behind to maintain a tidy environment.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all spa areas, including steam rooms, hot tubs, showers, and locker areas.
• Adhere to and enforce all locker room policies, etiquette, and safety standards.
• Uphold the Four Seasons' commitment to excellence by providing genuine, anticipatory, and personalized service.
