Job summary

Four Seasons Kuwait City is seeking a proactive housekeeping supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a luxury hotel. You will supervise rooms and public areas, coordinate service requests, and ensure adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety.

The role emphasizes team coaching, inventory control, and close collaboration with other departments. You will help maintain a spotless environment for guests while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, five-star setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, health and safety practices, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Supervise and support the day-to-day housekeeping operations.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel quality standards.
• Coordinate guest and internal service requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Assist with departmental administration, scheduling, reporting, and record keeping.
• Monitor maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt action.
• Support inventory management, including housekeeping supplies, linens, and operating equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked housekeeping and service pantries.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members while promoting teamwork and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and hotel policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and take ownership of service recovery when needed.
