Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is seeking a Demi Chef De Partie in pastry to join our luxury kitchen team. You will assist in preparing a variety of breads, pastries, cakes and desserts, ensuring quality and consistency while adhering to recipes and standards.

You will collaborate with senior chefs, maintain HACCP guidelines, and contribute to menu development. A passion for pastry, strong English communication, and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Demi Chef De Partie in pastry kitchen or a similar role in luxury five‑star hotels.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and COSHH regulations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Passion for pastry and baking.
• Strong work ethic with a collaborative team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts in line with established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and freshness across all bakery items.
• Support inventory management, stock rotation, ordering, and cost control while minimizing waste.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the work area.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth daily operations and timely production.
• Contribute ideas for new menu items and seasonal specialties while staying current with industry trends.
• Support the training and development of junior team members as required.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs.
• Uphold the hotel's service standards and deliver exceptional quality in all aspects of the role.
