Job summary

Four Seasons Kuwait City is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead the all-day dining kitchen team in our luxury hotel. You will ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and service, while mentoring staff and maintaining smooth kitchen operations.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in a luxury environment, strong English communication, and a flexible approach to shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar kitchen supervisory role.
• Experience in all-day dining and luxury hotel environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and sanitation.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the kitchen team in all-day dining operations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment and interdepartmental relationships.
• Train, coach, and develop staff; provide performance feedback.
• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, portioning, and recipes.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and sanitation standards.
• Assist in menu development and seasonal offerings.
