Job summary

Four Seasons Kuwait in Kuwait City is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Supervisor to lead the Arabic cuisine team in a luxury hotel setting. You will train staff, enforce HACCP hygiene, and ensure consistent quality and portion control across all service periods.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in a similar role, strong English and Arabic communication, and thrive under pressure within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in a similar position in an Arabic Cuisine Restaurant.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Team environment orientation and effective collaboration under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Kitchen team in accordance with Four Seasons standards and local operating criteria.
• Promote career development through training and coaching of staff.
• Lead in Training activities in the Preparation Department and ensure HACCP hygiene.
• Oversee recipe adherence, quality control, portion sizes and presentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and supervise service and breakdown for each meal period.
• Ensure sanitation and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
