Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Kuwait City seeks a kitchen leader with Arabic cuisine expertise. You will manage and develop a high-performing kitchen team, ensure strict HACCP standards, and lead training across the department to uphold premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in Arabic cuisine restaurant.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Team-oriented with cross-department cooperation.
• Thorough and detail-oriented.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Kitchen team in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Foster team spirit and inter-department cooperation.
• Promote career development through training and coaching.
• Lead in all training activities for Preparation Department.
• Drive quality, inspect taste, temperature, presentation and portions.
• HACCP compliance and hygiene; inspect suppliers and goods.
• Be hands-on; lead in special culinary events.
• Order daily items and supervise setup, service and breakdown.
• Verify taste and presentation; follow controls and procedures.
