Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City is seeking a Facilities Maintenance teammate to perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces, including cleaning, painting touch-ups, light fixture checks, and reporting hazards.

You will follow safety policies, support Make Ready and CARE teams, work with others, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed; participation in team duties and adherence to standards are required for a well-maintained property.

Qualifications

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces as required.
• Follow safety and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
• Support Make Ready Team and other housekeeping-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and fixtures.
• Inspect and replace light fixtures, patch holes, and touch-up paint as needed.
• Report serious maintenance problems to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team and guests, ensuring quality standards.
