Job summary

V2X is seeking an experienced SIEM Engineer to support Army SIEM operations. You will administer ELK, Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, Confluent Kafka, Docker, LogStash, and Zookeeper in a 24/7 environment.

The role requires active Secret clearance, DoD 8570.01M baseline certifications, and strong customer-service skills. Company housing and transportation are provided, with a completion bonus and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• DoD 8570.01M baseline certifications mandatory.
• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience preferred; substitution rules apply.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, and troubleshoot SIEM products (ELK stack).
• Organize repositories for configuration information and track changes.
• Interpret and monitor Cyber Security policy compliance; update TTPs and SOPs.
• Install, administer Red Hat Linux and Windows Server; manage Confluent Kafka, Docker, LogStash, Zookeeper.
