Job summary

Al Mulla Group seeks an experienced after-sales service engineer for VRF systems. You will perform troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance across multiple brands, ensuring high reliability and uptime.

Lead technicians, coordinate with OEM support, and document service reports. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of VRF experience and HVAC fundamentals. English and Arabic communication preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• HVAC/VRF certification preferred.
• 5–8 years hands-on VRF troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and maintain VRF systems across multiple brands.
• Diagnose complex faults including PCB, compressor, and control issues.
• Lead technicians during maintenance and repair tasks.
• Coordinate with OEM support and ensure timely resolutions.
• Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance logs.
